Republic of Free Pannonia and Autonomus Pannonia
Once upn the time, there was a contry called Kingdom of Pannonia on the south area of Parlelian continent. They had advanced technology of casting and some technology of engines like Mel Pazel. However Pannonia was faced to Empire and it was striked by advanced imperial aerial fleet first.
They fought well. Pannonia was only country which destroyed imperial aerial ship in that time. Finally Pannonia was devided by Federation and Empire.

40 years passed from the war. Both Pannonia developed their own aircraft with suzerain power's technology.
They were advanced, but not they are just colony state of Federation and Empire.

*I founf a mistake on VOCANT's engine structure but I am not going to correct it due to my lazyness.
