A typical industrial district in Empire from Flight Glide project.
it's capital is covered with tons of rubbish and living building is standing on it. Environmental condition is the worst on this continent, but people don't blame it because they have no right against Emperor.
They keep throwing trashes to ground and keep construction of their tower. The capital is a symbol of mass producing, consuming and polluting.
