I think the pilots must fly very precisely when docking with the carrier.
One technical concern: with the engine where it is ... how do you take off and land?

they does not land but they use a hook to "land" their carrier like you hang your clothes using hanger.

A great design, reminds me of the IJN J7W Shiden but with its main wings cliped.
